Can we enable create task for entitlements only for entitlements with new account.

Hi,

We have a use case where we want to use the Entitlement With New Account feature. So in endpoint X, we've to  add an entitlement from another endpoint Y. 

However we want to only create task to add access for entitlement from endpoint Y, if the new account for endpoint X and at least 1 entitlement from endpoint X is approved.

I have tried to use the create task action for entitlements only feature. But I noticed that even if entitlement from endpoint X is rejected, add access task is created for entitlement from endpoint Y as long as the account is approved. 

Please let me know if there is a way to implement this use case.

No. Entitlements with New Account is not considered EntitlementsOnly feature

Alternative Solutions

• Use Entitlement Map
• Use Application Role/Enterprise Role (if more than 1 apps ents)
