Promotion from lower env to higher env

Hello,

I want to understand if promotion from lower (example DEV) to higher environment (QA) can be managed also through Jenkins pipelines.

Is this something that was used before or it is better to use the import of the packages in the QA or the direct transfer from DEV to QA?

• You can move configuration from dev to test saviynt environment directly using transfer functionality 
• You can’t move using jenkins pipeline
