Possibility of using radio button and not removing mapped entitlements

Hello everyone,

There is a requirement from customer, where if they request for either Office 365 E1 or E3 through radio button, it will add an add access task for ATP_ENTERPRISE and AAD_PREMIUM.

Question is regarding to modification where users' requests from E1 to E3 and vice versa through radio button. Are there ways to remain both ATP_ENTERPRISE and AAD_PREMIUM access, expected result showing requests and tasks removing and adding either Office 365 E1 or E3. 

Current behavior of the request showing removal of Entra ID P1 (AAD_PREMIUM) and Defender for Office 365 (ATP_ENTERPRISE). Intended outcome should only show remove access of E1 and add access of E3.

You can make use of Application role instead of Entitlement map concept

Hi @billychanjy is the remove ent map ticked in E3 license if it is it will create a remove access task.
