Number of records to be processed by Saviynt for Saviynt

Hi,

do you know how to increase a number of records to be processed by Saviynt for Saviynt (SAV4SAV REST) connector using fetchRuntimeControlsData?

We have configured the batchSize to be 999, but only 50 users are processed with one run:

Using Postman I noticed that the maximum number of records returned is 500.

Is it possible to increase it? How to make that the Job will process the maximum records at one run?

Did you tried with below 

"totalCountPath": "completeResponseMap.totalcount"

If you require assistance with fetching a larger set of records, please consider raising a support ticket for further guidance. (Table to be increased:- "Ws_max_records_returned".
