Need help for raising role request from ARS

Hi all,

I need information how we can request for application role through ars.

I created two two role under that role in entitlement tab I added the groups which is associated with those role then from endpoint role type select request option as table and then from ars page I request for those two role after that I see one account task created and after completing I see in the target account got created but whatever role I selected for that whatever group is there those group are not provision. Is there any extra setting I have to do for Ars role request for new account.

Please let me know how can I fix my issue.

Hi,

Under endpoint, In the entitlement type please select the "drop down/none(create tasks)" instead of none.

You would need to select request option for the Role Type in the endpoint.

Also, have a request option other than "None" selected for the entitlement type at the endpoint.
