Issue with approvals for request raised from SNOW IGA App.

Hi Team,

We are facing issue with approvals for request raised from SNOW IGA App.

Here SNOW is handling the approval process. We are following below steps.

  1. We have submitted an ADD Access request in SNOW and it went for manager approval in SNOW as expected.
  2. Request ID generated in Saviynt at same time and its pending for approval.
  3. Manager Approved the request in SNOW and in SNOW approval process is completed.
  4. But in Saviynt its still pending for approval and no task is getting generated.
  5. We have checked following items.
    1. Workflow engine is ServiceNow.
    2. Saviynt have manager approval Workflow in Security system.
    3. Savrole have required check boxed as per FD document and Permissions are also added.

Could you please check and let us know if we are missing anything here ?

Hi @saimeghana ,

Greetings.

Did you check saviynt logs after snow request is completed, you'd find if there is error or issue on why the respective saviynt request is not getting approved.

Please refer to below forum post where similar issue was fixed by checking logs and making few config changes on saviynt savrole assigned to the service account user you're using on snow app to connect to saviynt eic.
