Hello Saviynt,

Once the requests are approved and tasks are completed, request status is showing "Approved" on Request History page instead of "Completed".

The business is expecting complete status. Can you advise?

@Miko It is Saviynt UI script design and expected functionality , we can't make any change, please contact Saviynt or raise idea ticket.

You can update status label as per client/business using label management.

REQUEST.STATUS.COMPLETED

Reason why its showing as Approved.

As request can be approved / Rejected or partially approved hence it shows completed.

In our case it shows as Completed in Request History. We are on 5.5.
