Issue in getting SNOW RITM number by Saviynt request Id

Hi Team,

We are using the Saviynt app for ServiceNow to raise the requests. The process is as follows:

1- The user raises the request in ServiceNow. The request is assigned to the manager.

2- In the SNOW request detail, we see the request is generated in Saviynt. from SNOW.

3- But when we go to Saviynt and search for the request ID and check the details, we don't see RITM there.

Now the issue is by seeing the request ID we can't identify the associated SNOW RITM. 

Please let us know in Saviynt where we can see the RITM number.

Hi @yatishtiwari , are you sending across RITM number in the saviynt "requestAPI"

Hi @NM, we are using Saviynt app in ServiceNow. We are not passing any parameter extra, 

check comments section in ars_requests table
