Is there any way to check what all notification sent from Saviynt

One question raised by customer =>

Is there any way/place where we can check what all notification sent from Saviynt?

Hi @rahul_p , There is no place/tab in EIC where we can check all the email notifications sent. If there is any specific requirement, please let us know with more details.  

Email services health can be checked/configured in services health KPIs in Control Centre.

Email History Job (EmailHistoryJob) shows some details like TotalEmailsToBeSent, TotalEmailsSent  etc.

The requirement is,

We have some email like Welcome email or department change or assignment change email configured. So customer wanted to see if there is any place/way in Saviynt where we can check if for some specific user specific email sent or not depending on issue or problem.

Hi @Dhruv_S ,

It gives the email service health checkup like email history job status etc, 

It does not give the exact notification sent from Saviynt to specific user or not. So as you initially stated, there is no place where the notification sent by Saviynt can be checked.

Is my understanding correct?

For requests related email notifications, you can check emailhistory table

For Certification related email notifications , you can check certification table (different column for creation, reminders)

Email history table is blank.

We are sending emails using user update rules and on provisioning endpoint, will this get stored in email history or not?

No I dont think that will be stored in emailhistory table.

Hello,

In emailhistory table contains the details of notification which are in queue and ready to be send.

There is another table, emailhistory_archive which will contain only ARS notifications.

There is no place in Saviynt using which notifications sent can be checked.
