Procedure to update the SC2.0 Server ?

Hi Saviynt Forum,

We have a similar query as THIS post where we plan on having our SC2.0 server upgraded.

There is still one query from our side after referencing the existing SC2.0 configuration documentation and few reference links from our Forum.

What is the procedure to update the SC2.0 Server related configuration? or is there anything as such?

As Architecture shows there is a SC2.0 Server and SC2.0 Client, there's a tunnel created between them for communication.

I had seen that in previous versions we needed to have some configuration done on AWS Cloud,Elastic Search and kapana e.t.c in the initial build stage and SC2.0 was configured.

Do we need to engage Saviynt via ticket to make some changes or are the actions solely on SC2.0 Client configuration done from our side?

Thank you and Regards,

Jegathalayan T

@Jegathalayan few months back SC2.0 certificate rotation.

As part of the update/rotation, the certificates on both SC2.0 Server and SC2.0 Client need to be rotated and SC2.0 service restarted on both sides. Saviynt Ops team did send us the document and was assiting us for the same.
