How to retrigger the Emails

Hi Team,

We have an encountered an issue where the email not sending to the users as as soon as the Task complete for New account and as part of the email which includes the credentials of account to application.

Account is successfully created in the target but email is not sent to the users . In the logs also we didn't find anything why the email is not sent to the user with credentials. When we check in SMTP Service provider history ,it is showing as failed.

Is there anyway we can retrigger the email ??so that user can receive the credentials.

No, its is not possible to retrigger the emails.

Aravind, check your email template and make sure task complete for new account and add access are different and if you have configured the template for new account and has entitlements listed in the template, then the email will fail
