How to make account name field editable when a naming rule enabled on an Endpoint?

Hello

We configured an endpoint and a naming rule on the endpoint so when a new account is requested, the account name will be generated on the name form filed which is good.

However, we have about 5% users should not use such naming rule to generate the account name but prefer to manually input the account name.

How can we make the name field editable so by default, the account name will be generated there but give requester choice to edit it when desired.

Any ideas how to remove the read only restriction please?

Have you tried by checking the editable option?

Hello Devang,

This account name field is not a dynamic attribute on specific endpoint. It is out of box form field required for all endpoints.

I think it is controlled by the web page from the product release. Any idea where it is located and how to make the change to relax the constriction?
