How to add html hyperlink code in dynamic attribute

Hi,

We want to add a link to a user guide in the Attribute Label field of the Business Justification dynamic attribute. However as soon as we add the tags it gives the below error:

Is there any way to get around this error? We only notice this after we migrated to 23.6 version, earlier in 20.0 version it allowed to use html code. Does anyone have any input on this?

@sbiswal : In your version it is not supported. But this is supported in v23.8 where they have included formatting options along with hyperlink
