Hello,

I Noticed the following error when testing the user and application import filter in the Saviynt App for ServiceNow. Any idea on what is causing this?

UI Error msg:

<!doctype html><html lang="en"><head><title>HTTP Status 403 – Forbidden</title><style type="text/c**body truncated**

As a note, We have given the permissions to the API user's Savrole per documentation

Please validate the token used

Follow the detailed steps provided here

Please check the Run User Link of Saviynt Users to ServiceNow Users attribute under User Link Properties page
