Error in AD provisioning- Key hostName is missing

Hello,

Our AD provisioning and deprovisioning is failing with an error : Key hostName is missing.

We recently renewed the SSL certificate and connection sucessfull. We are using the IP address in the URL and 636 port.

we are on version 23.8.

Please advise

Do you have DNS resolver ?

It seems hostname entry is missing

I reached out to saviynt support and they mde some changes from the backend. It is now working.
