Entitlement Description on the Service Now Ticket

Hi,

We have  a ServiceNow connector that generates tickets for disconnected applications in ServiceNow. If multiple entitlements are selected, they are populated on the same ticket using the variable ${allEntitlementsValues}, this seems to work just fine.

We have a new requirement, where we need to also send the description of that entitlement on the ticket. When I tried using ${task.entitlement_valueKey.description} it failed to create the ticket. What is the binding variable to also display the entitlement description along side the entitlement value. If multiple entitlements are selected, then their description has to be shown beside them on the ServiceNow ticket.

Any help is much appreciated.
