Limit on analytics runs for email templates

I am trying to test an email template being sent from an analytic.  The first test came through.  Then I made some small changes like removing some of the fields from the report and re-ran.  Didn't receive anything. 

Adjusted a parameter in the query and the field on the test user and verified in data analyzer.  Re-ran and no email.

I'm wondering if there's some kind of limit on how often these types of things can be run.

I figured it out.  I was trying to hide some of the data from the report but if you uncheck key fields, in this case username, it will fail.  I switched it back and ran it twice in a row and got an email both times.

What I really want is to just send the email without the data Attachment.
Is that possible?
