EMail Notification not being send for rejected role request via ARS

Hello,

if several SAP roles are ordered via ARS for a user in one request, but not all roles are confirmed, an email is sent for confirmed roles. However, an email for the rejected roles is not sent out.

The requirement is

1. several confirmed SAP roles of a request should go out via only one email and not each role in a separate email.

2. for rejected SAP roles from the request should also be sent an email.

The EMail templates for both cases are included in the workflow as described in the documentation.

Any suggestions as to what it could be?

I don't see any attachments. Can you please share the email template for rejected and also logs if possible

what is type of workflow ? Parallel or Serial

The workflow type is "serial".

How many emails are sent ?

Hello again,

we have changed the workflow to "parallel". Afterwards, the emails were sent correctly.

- Approved roles were combined in one EMail.
- For rejected roles, the desired email was sent.
