Is multipart/form-data supported in REST connector

I am developing new rest connector for application called "Joe Sandbox". The apis for the application accept the data with content-type as 'multipart/form-data'. I developed the importaccountentjson and receiving 400 response code. PFA the log and json file (removed api key from logs and importjson for security purpose).

I searched for similar issue in forums, where it was mentioned that  'multipart/form-data' is may not be supported. can you confirm that.
