SNOW connector not working for one of the application in PRODUCTION

Hi,

For one of the application, we noticed the task are in "New" status since the app was configured, around a year back. Upon checking, we noticed all the configurations are fine with respect to

Dummy entitlement mapped in roles, Entitlement type: Role: None (create task) setting and endpoints added in Snow connector job.
The only difference we found is that the pending tasks are created with old role owner, rather than admin.
What may be the reason for old role owner coming in the tasks?

You can change owner to admin and validate if that works
