How to navigate directly to the specific pending approval page instead of all pending approvals page

Hi Team,

we have a requirement of sending request approval page link in the email notification. The link should navigate directly to the specific pending approval page instead of all pending approvals page. so, that approver can see the request and can approve instead of searching the request in pending approvals tab.

Can anyone help us to get the functionality.

Thanks in advance!

Regards,

Padmavathi

Hi @rushikeshvartak  I tried for user creation as well, it is not giving the specific approval request page instead showing the blank page.

Under Global configurations I am not able to see NEO UI enablement option as well.

We are using version 23.11 version.

Can you please guide us that, how can we get the functionality.

Thanks in advance!

Padmavathi

Hi @Padmavathi ,

This below URL won't work for 23.11v. You need to upgrade to 24.3v to use this feature.

URL: http://<domainname>/ECM/workflownewui/requestDetails/${requestid}?view=approval

For modern UI link, try clicking the link with admin user. You should be able to see approve or reject button.

Hi @rushikeshvartak @Manu269 @PremMahadikar

Thanks for the response!

I have used modern UI link and then tried to open that link with admin sav role previously as well, even though it didn't show the specific approval request page.

Thanks ,

Padmavathi

Thank

As mentioned its not supported for user request in modern UI. You can only open application / enterprise role request in modern UI using deep linking
