Role assigned to user immediately after approval before role entitlements were provisioned

Hi,

When the application role request for a user is approved, we observed that the role is assigned to user immediately but the entitlements are still in pending tasks.

Also, the role remains assigned to user if the entitlement provisioning fails.

Is this an expected behavior?

How to automate the role removal process for cases where the entitlements provisioning failed but role remained assigned?

• Unfortunately, there is no option as at least one entitlement needs to be there from role to remove role using actionable analytics - Deprovision role action
