Delay in getting Campaign Expiration Email

If the campaign duration is 10 days and we launch the campaign at 3:30 pm IST, what time will expire on the 10th day? what time emails will be triggered?

Expiry will be same time 3.30pm IST after 10 days. & same time emails will be sent.

But  3.30pm IST after 10 days we are not getting expiration email and once we see the campaign status it will be "Over Due".

So this is expected behavior or something else.

Hi Sandeep,

From Release v2021.0 onwards, campaign will not expire and displayed as OverDue until the Expire Attestation based on End Date(ATTESTATIONEXPIREDJOB)  - job is run after the end date.

You can schedule this job - Expire Attestation based on End Date (ATTESTATIONEXPIREDJOB) on a daily basis, so as and when the campaigns that have passed the end date and are in the overdue state are expired state and this should trigger your configured expiry emails as well.
