Service account campaign - Assigning to admin user

Hi Team,

As part of the service account campaign, the server accounts are assigned to ADMIN users in certification.

Also , we have mapped same service account to other user and lauchened certification its same behaviour .Is this expected behaviour and any other config that we are missing?

This is expected behavior . Even if service account is orphan it shows admin in campaign so don’t include user column
