FFID To be made requestable for Specific users

Hi Everyone,

We have a usecase where we want specific FFID to be made requestable based on the requestee.

For example: we have 2 FFID

1. Z_POCTST

2. A_POCTST

Now, if we are raising a FFID request for any user whose username starts with X, only A_POCTST should be visible to request.

And, any username apart X, should be able to see Z_POCTST to request.

Please confirm if the above usecase is achievable.

Hi Shubham,

Its not possible to achieve this use case for FFID at a request level. You could try adding the condition on the workflow to reject the request if it does not follow your logic.
