Create Tasks Post All Approvals Are Completed in Parallel Workflow

Hi Team,

Found the KB - https://forums.saviynt.com/t5/saviynt-knowledge-base/how-to-configure-all-approval-workflow-to-creat... to help create tasks post all approvals are completed in Parallel Workflow. But what's the rationale behind the pre-requisites - 

• ARS Request Type: More than one entitlements or roles in the request 

Does it not support requests with one entitlement? Please confirm.

Hi @Sivagami 

Basically the above is needed for multiple approvals in request with different Acc/Ent's.

if its single entitlement in request, there is only one approval needed and it will create task , so it has been said that multiple ent/roles this will be applicable.
