Campaign reminder emails

Hi Team,

I am new to the campaigns, We recently faced an issue so wanted to know if its the correct behaviour. We have configured reminder 3 email templates. So if the user/certifier takes the action on first email then certifier shouldn't receive further reminders. But the certifiers are yet receiving mail is it a bug or is limitation? what can be done to solve this? Can anyone clarify?

If campaign is not locked then reminders will be sent.

Hi,

Thank you @rushikeshvartak @Manu269  yes I have checked that. I think users are getting mails even after locking it.I think issue is with version. We are soon moving to latest version. It should be fine that time.
