Approval reminder emails from workflows

Hello Team!

We have configured the approval reminders to be sent in interval of 1 day. Request is set to expire after 10days from the creation date. Requirement is to cancel the request after 3 reminders. Since the request is set to expire in 10days Saviynt keeps on sending reminders until request is expired. Could you please help us with some insight if we can configure the approval workflow for request to be cancelled after 3 reminders.

HI @Rekha , I am not aware of a way to cancel request in workflows or by other means. There is a discontinue request option but that is manual. 

If your aim is to cancel request after 3 reminders then you can change the expiry time in global config to 3/4 days.

Expires Request After

Specify the number of days after which requests expire

But if Idea is to not send emails after a threshold/times , then raise an Idea with Saviynt.
