Birthright access date overwritten by Enterprise role

Hi,

We have the below process for assigning sap accesses.

1. User is assigned with birthrights(Entitlement1 & Entitlement2). When these 2 entitlements are provisioned to SAP, the end date is set to 99991231

2. For example, If the same user requests for an enterprise role( which contains Entitlement1 & Entitlement2) with enddate in the request as 15.04.2024. because of this, the enddate of Entitlement1 & Entitlement2 is overwritten form 99991231 to 15.04.2024

Here we dont want to remove the birthrights access to the user. Can we avoid overwriting the endDate to birthrights entitlements? 

or any suggestions how to handle this?
