Alternative way for triggering Certification complete Email notification

Hi Team,

We are facing an issue in Dev Environment -  our certification complete Email template isn't getting triggered when we are completing an certification. Although we have raised an FD ticket with saviynt for this issue.

But my query is -  till that time saviynt is working on this issue can we use any other alternative way to trigger automatic email notification when a certification gets completed. Because its impacting testing with our customers.

You can create analytics & send email

We can make query in analytics that is fine, but can we automate this? like when the certification gets completed report email will trigger automatically?

If this is possible please let me know
