Hello,
We have a scenario where user submitted authorization accidently for future time slot and when checked we don't see any option to cancel the authorization request. The system does not allow to submit another authorization request as well. It only allows to reserve next slot.
Please let me know if there is a way to achieve this or if this is a defect.

Hi @piyushm ,
Thanks for reaching out.
The future authorization request cannot be canceled or terminated at this time.
However, starting with version 23.8, there will only be one step and the user can make timeslot requests directly.

Thanks @vikasjv . So from 23.8, will it allow me to choose a prior time slot even if I requested a future time slot initially?

Hi @piyushm ,
From 23.8 onwards there will be only one step like credentialless requests.

@piyushm Yes, from 23.8 onwards when there will be only a time slot request, you can chose an earlier time slot if that slot is open (not blocked by any other user).
