Hi Team,

Need to know the permission that allows ReadonlyRootAdmin/RootAdmin/Any SAV Role to the configuration file ( Admin-->Settings--> Configuration Files).

We're to check feasibility of restricting the access root level

The feature should be "Admin:Platform_Configuration". This gives access to the following URLs: 

/ecmConfig/**
/ecmConfig/saviyntConfig
