Connection failure for AD_PAM

Hi Team,
 
We are trying to setup PAM for active directory in our instance. I have used ADPAM template for it and we have SSL certificate and Credential vault but for some reason we are unable to set up the connection. 
I have attached the logs for the reference. There are three errors:
1. javax.naming.NamingException: [LDAP: error code 1 - 000004DC - Can you provide idea on how we can bind the service account to the DN?
2. API Failed - Connection Timeout error- I have tried increasing the time as well but still failed. The time out error is around Credential Vault
3. Bad request 520 code

Hi @Mortal 

From the error, it looks that the vault service is not reachable. Could you please raise a ticket with Saviynt support/devops with the required information.

@Mortal ,

Did you make sure your vault connection is successful and working? 

Also please try by re entering the connection credentials and then try to validate the save and test connection.
