Is there a way I can apply workflow for any connection creation or modification?

Yes, workflow for connection creation or modification.

No, you cannot attach workflow but you can limit the permission via Sav Role who can view/modify the connections.

Additional you can always enable the application debug to track what changes were made to connection and by whom.

In our use case, all team member needs to have role_admin but i want to leave approval history in Saviynt.

workaround - Provide timebound connection tab access for 1 hour
