user manager Certification and role owner certification

Hi Team,

We have a requirement for certification where we are looking for a certificate to be launched with both user manager and role owner simultaneously. Can it be done in a single certificate. If yes, how can we achieve it. 

Kindly advise on it.

Hi Devang,

The basic requirement on the certification is to include two level of approval in certification where the first level approver should be a User's manager and the second level approver should be the role owner. 

can it be achieved?

Based on your requirement, it seems you are looking for some tiered campaign options.

First User Manager will perform the campaign action and once UM is locked , post that Entitlement owner campaign will be launched, similarly you can explore for Role Owner campaign.
