User Manager Campaign - some certification is not created

Hello,

We are about launching Q2 User manager campaign.

We found some certications were not created even if their reportee has entitlements in the scope of campaign.

I am trying to find the relevant log. Has anyone experience same before?

Was there any elastic service issue in between while launching the campaign?

Campaign is in preview mode for data validation. We didnt see any error while creating the preview

Mostly have seen this because of elastic service issue but the same should be captured in the logs.

If nothing is being captured in the logs then it is difficult to troubleshoot.

@dgandhi  if that is the case, whats fix for that?

Below are the common issues that we have observed:

Space issue in the server - clear some space

Elastic service issue - restart the elastic server

Some data issue - this based on the error in the logs needs to be fixed.

Elastic server index issues - Clear indexes of the elastic server.

Did you tried exporting analytics report and whether it showas those data. How many expected manager lines. Expected vs actual

Here is total review access from campaign summary and analytics. both numbers are same 

but we are clear around 10 certifications not created even if their reportee has entitlement with ev.risk > 3

Does manager is active ? Did you added all condition in query same as campaign configuration

Yes they are active, so far we found 7 manager certification is missing. 

Even if manager is inactive, I am expecting those ceritifcation to be assigned to deafult certifier but it wasn't created at all.. 

we have around over 130,000 items to review. could it be because of volume of campaign?

Issue is resolved!

Root cause: cp58 in certification_user table was tinytext field even if its mideumText field in users table. Thats why some certifications were dropped due to the length violation
