User Import Issue when using same Secondary Manager

Hi All,

We are facing an issue with user Identity creation while CSV Upload or Using "create user form" when using the same secondary manager for multiple users or the same secondary manager is already assigned as a secondary manager for existing users.

Saviynt is not able to create an identity for such users, we are not getting any error while uploading the file but it is showing 0 users inserted.

Can you please confirm if any config needs to change to assign the same secondary manager to multiple users?

Is it working when you are updating same secondary manager for multiple users from UI, I mean Admin --> Identity Repository --> Users?

No, it is not updating the new secondary manager, tried from UI as well.

This seems version issue. I have validated in v24.1 and i am able to set same secondary manager for 2 users.

Please upgrade version and retest
