Uploading account along with entitlement associated manually via CSV upload

Hi Team,

I am trying to upload accounts with entitlements associated via CSV. I am following the same steps mentioned in below documents.

User and account mapping is working fine but its not uploading the entitlement associated. I can confirm that I am using the correct entitlement type name and entitlement value as the same file was working for us before upgrade to 23.8v

While mapping fields I am not seeing entitlement type in drop down

Please let me know if I am missing anything here.

@smitg: There is a bug in v23.8 with entitlement/entitlementtype mapping while account upload which was fixed in v23.10. Until then you may have to use alternate approach of Uploading-Accounts-and-associated-Entitlements-using-Schema-Upload

We faced the same issue in v23.8 and last it was working for us is v23.4, So in between somewhere this bug got introduced and we got confirmation that it is fixed in v23.10 and same has been validated successfully after v23.10 upgrade
