Unable to raise request for an enterprise role

Hello team,

We are unable to raise request to an enterprise role from EIC and directing to error page as below.

Below is the error log.

Hi @Yaswanth have you setup any role request query under global configurations?

Is the role requestable?

Anything configured on Request role query?

Che k role request workflow.

We are not using any role query in global config, and restarted the services as well.. issue persists.

Validate workflow. This is workflow issue
