Unable to Enable or Disable the Azure AD account using the user update rule.

I created the user update rules for Disabling the Azure AD account when the user status has changed from 1 to 0 or 0 to 1. I could see the rule is triggering fine. I have verified the same user history. The Enable and Disable Accounts tasks are not triggering at all.

I have attached the logs for reference.
