Unable to create parent task dependency when raising access requests using Enterprise Role

We have built a Role Structure that has Entitlement E1 from Entitlement Type ET1 and with Entitlement E2 from Entitlement Type ET2 as a Entitlement Map with parent task enabled. Now we have Enterprise Role ER that has a direct association to E1.

Now when we request directly the E1, then the parent task is created for E2 and all works fine. However, when ER has been requested, the tasks are created individually one for E1 and one for E2, with no parent task reference.

This issue is a major issue blocking the entire go live.

Thanks,
Naveen

The behavior should be consistent when requesting for parent entitlement directly or through the enterprise role.  But can you confirm if you are experiencing the issue in new implementation or this was broken after an upgrade/migration.

Thanks @nimitdave for confirming. This is a new implementation for your information.

The issue here is when requesting via Enterprise Role, the tasks not getting created according to the structure built via Entitlement Map. However, when requested at Entitlement level, everything works fine.
