Enterprise Role is not Shown in Request Page

Hi.

I created Enterprise Role and set Requestable as "True"

But, the Enterprise Role is not shown in request page.

Which setting should I check?
Assigned SAV Role is out of box ROLE_ADMIN.

Hi @KK ,

Seeing your current configurations, I can only think of below two checks:

Enterprise roles might not be visible for below reasons:

  1. Make sure the created role have atleast one entitlement assigned
  2. If there is role filter query configured at Global Configurations->Role Request, please remove it

  • Role Should have entitlements
  • Workflow is defined in global configuration (Under global config - Roles)
  • Request Roles Query is not defined under Global Config - Roles Request
