Can we hold a request till a dependent request is completed in saviynt

Hi

We have a requirement to have only one role for one user. so if in case if role change the user submits to remove existing access and add new access. our remove request has only one level of approval where our add request has two levels of approval. if the remove is done before add and add is waiting for approval, the account will be deleted in the endsystem as there is no role for it.

Is there a way we can halt remove request till the add request is completed and them complete remove?

even in that case the user should not have two role for long.

yes you can hold the request. Please use same workflow at add & remove workflow at security system level. and use All Approval check logic

Any other way than Workflow. we are using a generic workflow for all the endpoints. So, cant change it for just this endpoint.
