Self Certification

When an end-user certifies their own access through self-certification, the user manager should see the campaign process and receive an email once the end user's self-certification is complete, and the manager should be able to take action on that certification. can we achieve this use case? Please explain how we can do this.

Hi @arti_rathod7 , We can use a reassignment option action the item to manager for review.

@arti_rathod7 If manager has to review the certification why can't you use user manager certification instead of self certification?

Yes, exactly. However, there is a requirement from the client that they want the end user must first self-certify their access before the user manager can act on that certification.

@arti_rathod7 : Then you have to launch two certifications one self certification and then tiered certification.
