Unable to change/update the approver to another approver

Hi Team,

We have encountered an issue while changing the approver to another in Review Pending Requests. We could not able to see the change/update approver option.

Could you please help us if any configuration is missing or is this a product defect in v24.3

From Global config - Preferences enable it
