UKG SOAP import job fails frequently for 'Premature End of File' Error

We are using UltiPro SOAP RaaS_Report connector to import active and termed users in Saviynt. 
Observed after upgrading to v23.4 in PROD, the job which imports active users (Ultipro_Raas_Report_Active) using this connector is failing frequently at random scheduled times for error 'Premature End of File' and then runs successful in next run.

As per logs observed :

Confirmed with Ultipro team that none of the users have null Username in the report, there are other attributes like middle name and preferred Name which are null for few users but that should not be causing this issue.

NOTE: The Job fails intermittently not always. 

Please advise a possible solution to avoid this intermittent failure for Error 'Premature End of File'.

Please raise saviynt Freshdesk for same since it was working in previous version.

 Premature end of file indicates your XML file was not complete
