UI Customization - Login / Application Logo, Favicon, Home Page image Banner and Login wallpaper.

Hello Team,

I have a query on below UI customization. 

Login Page - Is it possible to remove Login Logo completely in Login window? and Is it possible to change Login window wallpaper and can that be stable instead of switching the wallpaper in Login window ?

Favicon / Application Logo / Home Page hero image - can these fields be completely removable instead of replacement as per business brand ?

What about Login Window Wallpaper?  is it possible to make login window wallpaper be static instead of switching and can we configure login window wallpaper as per client brand image?

Okay , Even after applying blank file of SVG in an Manillustration field it still shows manillustration image in home page, even after application restart. What could be the blockers here? 

Same issues on Background theme as well, not reflecting as per expected.

Hello There,

After configuring Login Window Logo i still see old one, what could be the issue behind.

FYI - Have restarted the Application post to configuration.

svc image is generated how ?

I have generated SVG file using converter, which means PNG to SVG file converter.
Could you please let me know the solution to fix this issue.

Any svg file does not work, there is specific way to export it from Adobe illustrator.
Steps as follows:

1-File -> Export

2-Export for Screens

3-Check box for artboard

4-Select Range (1)

5-Select ->Scale

6-Format  ->SVG

7- Export

Login Window Image supports PNG format right, attached screen shot is for your reference. so, i have configured transparency image of SaviyntR_White-Original and uploaded the same in Login Logo field , still i see "Saviynt" logo in login window

Team, even after uploading the image still it is not reflecting, Actually what i am doing is,i am uploading the transparency image of Login window logo, once i uploaded in the field it shows "logo uploaded successfully" pop up in bottom of the page. 

Could you please help on this, the requirement from the client is to not have logo in login window , as you said removable is not possible hence i tried with transparency one.

You need to change domain and check if image is uploaded successfully

/ECM/static/images/SaviyntR_White-Original.png

Please raise support ticket to upload location in above mention EIC folder.

It won't work in v2021 from UI as UI uploads files in /ECMv6/api/idw/resource/image/app/SaviyntR_White-Original.png  location

I have raised support ticket - INC-2012029, received comments saying that to follow the same steps to configure login window logo.

Followed to the support ticket, I got the response saying that V2023 will work as we do configuration asusual.

Yes v23.x it will work from UI but for your version v2021 you need to take support team help
