How to - Customize Access Request to show account status on Application list.

Hi guys,

we're using EIC 23.12 on PROD and using Neo Experience for ARS.

on this environment, user can't see his account's status on list as below.

Here is question : is there any way to show account's status (Active or Inactive) on this list?

List : Request access -> Select applications

Hi @moosam2 

This is not feasible to show active/inactive status here. 

However if you want to show only the active accounts in the ARS you can achieve it by using below configuration.

Global configuration->Request- Show inactive accounts in ARS-> Uncheck this
