One of my team member is having issue closing the tasks. The page keeps on loading. I checked his SAV role and he is assigned the same SAV role as the rest of the team members and is listed as the owner of that specific application. He has also tried clearing the cookies, but it doesn't seem to work for him. What else could be the issue?

Ask the user to clear cache, close the browser and relogin using chrome incognito and see if they're facing same issye.
As Rushikesh suggested, check brower logs and see if any call is causing issues.
