Bypass EIC SSO

Hi,

We've just had our EIC dev instance yesterday but we are already blocked on SSO configuration.
We know how to solve the issue but we would need to disable the SSO first.

I can't open a ticket to FD since I don't have my access yet.
I wrote to Azaan, my Customer Success Analyst, but it could take time to get a FreshDesk access.

Do you know who else can disable SSO for me please ?

There is no way to disable SSO without login in to the UI. You have to wait for Saviynt support team.

@Alexis_LECLERCQ : See if you can access this URL: https://<domain>/ECM/login without SSO prompt and if it takes you to saviynt login page then you can use saviynt local account to login. Generally this will be blocked especially PROD environments. Since this is new setup and also DEV see if you can access it.
